Real people (with photo reference provided)
Characters from other media /fandoms that I’m not in or familiar with
Fantasy style characters (e.g. FFXIV, WoW, D&D characters, etc.)
Anthropomorphic characters or other species (e.g. tabaxi, dragonborn)
A little sexiness, boudoir, characters kissing

Straight up NSFW
Mecha/sci-fi art style (techwear is fine though)
Realism (real people will be drawn stylized)
Copying other's art styles
Timeline
Requires 2 weeks at minimum. May possibly take up to 2 months if there is a long commission queue.
Payment
Via Paypal: After filling out the Google Form, I will send out an invoice that must be paid in full before receiving an email (unless there are matters to discuss beforehand).
Payment via Ko-Fi: After buying a commission slot on Ko-fi, you will be linked to a Google Form. Please fill it out. I will send an email once I receive your submission.
Character Design
Just for clarification, you must pay a Character Design fee (100$USD) if you do not have any clear references for a character. We will take the time to discuss and sketch out what they'll look like. The final result for the design will be a cleaned up sketch, NOT a complete character reference sheet.
I require at least 1 clear image to use as reference. If the reference is a partial image (E.g. the reference is only half body, but you want me to draw full body) I will do a quick sketch to confirm the rest of the character’s design. If you ask for edits more than 3 times, I will invoice a Character design fee.
Communication
Communication is via email only. Chatting via Ko-fi messages is possible, though unpreferred as sending viewing images there is quite inconvenient.
Rights, Usage & Credits
I retain original copyright and ownership of the artwork, which includes redistributing, reproducing, advertising, displaying the commission on my websites, social media and portfolios. I have rights to repurpose unused process work for future projects, personal or otherwise.
You are free to use this for personal purposes, which includes:
Sharing on social media
Social media profile pictures/headers
PC/phone wallpapers
Personal website display
Physical prints (that are not for sale)
If have need for other uses, please email me for clarification. Crediting is not necessary but appreciated. Just a “by samijen“ is fine :)
Any images including the sketches and final artwork must NOT be used for AI (Artificial Intelligence), Machine Learning, AI/ML Training, NFT, blockchain or any for profit platforms or purposes, and in any future technology. Such usage will result in legal action taken.
Cancellation, Refunds
100% refund if sketch has not started.
50% refund if process is in the sketching phase, but not finalized.
No refunds will be provided once the final sketch is complete and the art process has commenced (lining, coloring, and beyond that).
If I cannot complete the commission, I will provide a full refund.
Agreement
By commissioning, you confirm you are at least 18 and above and agree to all of the terms of service as listed above.
You acknowledge the product is DIGITAL and there is no physically shipped goods to receive. Chargebacks are not permitted and the refund policy as mentioned before will be followed. The date for this agreement is upon the first inquiry/communication for the commission or upon the first transaction made.
Note: For transparency, I use assets and brushes to assist with my art, mostly in complicated details and background elements.
I suggest not commissioning if you are uncomfortable with this.

NOTES
For original characters, you must have at least 1 character reference image. If not, I can design your character based off of a description and some photo references. We'll take the time to visualize your character together before getting to the actual commission ^^ (Character design: +100$USD per character)

During the sketching stage, feel free to ask for as many changes as you like! Don’t like what I’ve sketched out? Let me know and I’ll resketch to your liking! Keep in mind that once the sketch is finalized and I’ve started working on it (lining and coloring), I can only do minimal changes! (Unless there’s a major character detail that I’ve forgotten haha.)
